Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elderly: 1) Both males and females aged 60 years and older, 2) Living in the area of Mae Rim district Chiang Mai province at least 2 years and have their names in the civil registration, 3) Registered as a patient in the Java Health Center Information System (JHCIS) 2018 to 2020 and received health services from the primary health center, 4) Ever received oral health service at the Health Promoting Hospitals in Baan Mai sub-district and Khon Tan sub-district Mae Rim district Chiang Mai province; 5) No severe periodontitis such as loosening tooth, oral lesions, and swelling face or jaw; 6) The absence of any cognitive disorders 7) Able to communicate in the local language; and 8) Willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria: Did not participate in this study

Experiential Activities Planner by Oral Health Behavior Modification including; 1) health literacy skills of key message & oral health education by VDO and lecture, 2) self-efficacy by modelling and training brushing skills, 3) reinforcement with social support by brochure and log book, and 4) monitoring by home health care and telephone to consulting
