Inclusion criteria: Student attending a school in Rostock, grades 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 or 12.
Informed consent of the custodian necessary

Exclusion criteria: schools for mentally handicapped; no informed consent

Age minimum: 11 Years
Age maximum: 18 Years

self-perceived stress level emotion regulation, quality of life, psychopathology, resilience
Intervention(s)
Group 1: intervetion group: universal prevention program administered by teachers. Duration 90 minutes plus a booklet about stress and stress at school
Group 2: waiting list
Primary Outcome(s)
self-perceived stress of the school students with the German 10-item version of the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10; Klein, Brähler et al. 2016) at timepoint T0, T1 and T3
Secondary Outcome(s)
emotion regulation, self-compassion, health realted quality of life, general well-being, sleeping quality, depression + anxiety + eating disorder screening, self-esteem, resilience, protecting factors
