Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
|
Inclusion criteria: patients Diagnosed with muscular dystrophy by genome sequencing, muscle biopsy, and clinically relevant symptoms.
Exclusion criteria: MRI examination contraindications, claustrophobia, contrast allergy, severe renal insufficiency (serum creatinine clearance >120 mmol/L), severe cardiac insufficiency (NYHA-IV grade), frequent atrial fibrillation, thyroid dysfunction.
