2. Patient knows to talk in Hindi or Marathi or Bengali language.
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient below the age of 14 years.
2. Patient cannot talk in Hindi or Marathi or Bengali language.

Intervention1: Use of AI to capture clinical records: Application will be used to capture the clinical records into electronic medical records. This application will capture the audio and records will be digitised.
